Taxation

Warning: This section contains some adult-themed information.

Taxation is theft, and is nothing more than slavery in practice, where the product of our labor is taken from us without our consent. It is the literal theft of a portion of our life energy. Taxes ensure a constant flow of wealth from the slave class to the ruling class, while keeping the slave class poor, dependent, and, in some ways, powerless.

The existence of taxation is a symptom of an ignorant and cowardly populace.

Imagine this scenario: You’re in school, and one of your classmates named Bill stands up and announces, “I am now the fee collector for student government, and each of you must give me $20.00 per week.

centered image

Bill explains that this $20.00 per week fee would be used for improving things in the school, such as:

  • • Purchasing mulch to improve the flower beds
  • • Installing new carpet in the library
  • • Purchasing a new vending machine
  • • Other general improvements

Bill also says that if any student doesn't pay the $20.00 per week fee, he and his student government buddies would have the teacher give them detention. If they continued to not pay, they would have the teacher give them detention plus a failing grade.

centered image

Would this be fair? Would Bill have the right to force everyone to pay? Would you pay your $20.00 per week fee? How would you react to this situation?

Believe it or not, this is exactly the scenario that people in most countries face, with the only difference being the fees are called ‘taxes’.

From a very early age, we’re taught that paying taxes is a good and moral thing to do. We’re told the money collected helps everyone. But is forcing someone to hand over a portion of their own money a moral action? Or is it a wrongdoing?

centered image

If we understand our rights, we understand that taxation is a form of theft, and an act of violence.

Taxation is one group of individuals (called government) who believes they have a magical right to seize property from another group (called the people) under the threat of violence. If the people don’t obey, they’ll send threatening letters, and sometimes armed goons to assault them, arrest them, throw them in a cage, or possibly even murder them.

centered image

This theft by threat is a form of violence called extortion, which is a type of coercion.

centered image

Extortion is defined by the Merriam Dictionary as “the crime of getting money from someone by the use of force or threats.” In other words, it's stealing money through coercion. In the Morality section, we learned that coercion is forcing someone to take an action against their will. It is a wrongdoing, an immoral act, and a violation of Natural Law.

centered image

Taxation and the widespread acceptance of taxation are some of the keystones of human slavery, as the stolen funds are used to hire goons with guns to keep people in a submissive state.

centered image

The truth is no one has the right to force anyone to hand over any amount of their property, no matter what. It doesn’t matter how many people agree, what any law written on a piece of paper says, or what the stolen property is used for.

centered image

Taxation is always theft, which is a form of violence.

centered image

But morality is not taught in schools, or on TV, and obedience to authority and government is. The result is the majority of people having been manipulated into believing that taxes are moral, necessary, and even good. They willingly hand over their money, no matter how much they're forced to pay, and no matter what the stolen money is used for.

If handing over 100% of one’s hard-earned income is slavery, then what percentage is not slavery?

"How much of what you make in a day is the rightful property of someone else? The answer is absolutely zero. The government deserves absolutely none of your work force, your energy, and your value. Why would you think the government, who poisons your water, poisons your medicine, poisons your food, and poisons your air, and is in the business of making you miserable and disempowering you on a daily basis... why would you think you have to pay them taxes for the gift of them poisoning you and siphoning off your life force on a daily basis?"

-Jason Christoff

"Give me your money, or we'll throw you in a cage."

Taxation is a scam so colossal that even the most brazen thieves and gangs couldn’t imagine pulling off such a feat.

centered image

But they get away with it, thanks to humanity’s ignorance and cowardice.

Many often say, “But taxes pay for things we need. How would we have roads and schools if we didn’t pay taxes?

Centuries ago, kings demanded regular payments from the people, simply as a way to enrich themselves, and keep everyone else poor. These payments were called ‘tribute’. Kings realized that if they didn’t provide the people with gifts to justify the tribute, the people would begin to question the arrangement. The gifts, no matter how insignificant, made the people believe they were getting something out of the deal, and kept them from revolting.

Nowadays, rulers claim that the gifts we receive for our tribute (now called ‘taxes’) are roads, schools, and other investments in the community.

But the fact is that we had roads, schools, trains, and everything else we needed before we had to pay taxes. People had figured out how to live successfully and peacefully, and with all the things they needed, without having a group of criminals stealing money from everyone under the threat of violence. In fact, during periods when people were free from taxation in the United States, well-being and prosperity flourished like never before.

centered image

But the psychopaths who control our world couldn’t allow that to continue; they couldn’t allow the slaves to live for free.

centered image

The idea that tax money is needed to pay for infrastructure and services for the community is a lie that’s been repeated ad nauseum.

centered image

For those who’ve been led to believe that people have a moral obligation to pay taxes due to some “social contract”, this is merely a figment in people’s imaginations. Mandatory taxation is 100% illegitimate, and can never be made legitimate.

centered image

Here is an actual image of all the signatures of those who agreed to such a contract:

centered image

Taxation is used to create and maintain a slave class, to generate poverty, and to allow governments and ruling families to maintain and grow their domination over the people.

centered image

In addition to ensuring a consistent flow of wealth from the people to the ruling class, the widespread acceptance of taxation is used as an indicator for when the people have fully accepted their slavery. It portends consequences much worse directly ahead. In the following quote, the authors are not talking about a harvest of wheat.

centered image

With taxes, the thieving party can arbitrarily determine how much to force people to pay, and always makes these decisions without the victims’ consent. Either you pay what they tell you to pay, or they will threaten you with violence, and they may even send goons to commit violence against you, goons who are being paid with your stolen tax money.

centered image

But consent is required.

Consent is always required for a transaction between two parties to be considered moral and non-violent. If consent is not provided by both parties, then the transaction is invalid, and is considered an act of violence by the offending party.

centered image

When British rulers tried to impose a small tax on tea and other goods in the 1700s, American colonists revolted, because they understood that any amount of taxation is theft. Nowadays, people willingly hand over up to 40% (and sometimes more than 40%) of their own hard-earned money, and then hand over most of the rest to pay property taxes and other unnecessary fees.

centered image

centered image

centered image

Those in control are almost certainly laughing at how gullible we are.

What happened between the 1700s and today that resulted in Americans no longer standing up for themselves?

centered image

Nowadays, the fellow on the right is the average American, allowing his ass to get kicked, over and over and over.

centered image

"Thank you, sir, for the kick. May I pay you even more taxes next year?"

This slave-think attitude has infected virtually the entire American population.

centered image

No longer is the United States the land of the free; rather it is now the land of the slave.

centered image

The result of this mass ignorance and cowardice is an ever-expanding list of taxes and fees that no one even considers questioning.

centered image

One of these other taxes is property tax, which is an insult to people’s intelligence, and nothing more than government entities demanding, “Hand over this arbitrary amount of money or we’ll steal your home and your land.” Like all other taxes, they’re illegal, unlawful, and immoral. They expose the truth that none of us actually owns our own home or land in the first place; it’s all owned by the ruling class.

centered image

Because people have accepted their slavery and are utterly ignorant of their rights, they’ve put up absolutely no resistance against this ever-increasing robbery.

centered image

centered image

Property taxes are literally forcing individuals and families out of their homes. In many cases, the victims are the elderly who simply cannot afford to pay, even though they paid for their homes many years ago.

centered image

When humanity fails to understand its rights, and fails to realize that taxes are nothing more than legalized theft, the offending parties take full advantage, at every opportunity possible.

centered image

This ensures a constant flow of wealth to the already-wealthy, while everyone else struggles just to survive.

centered image

Meanwhile, already wealthy individuals and families ensure they don’t pay many taxes, if any at all.

centered image

Tax refunds are another scam, used to get people excited about getting some of their own money back, helping to obscure the fact that up to half their income has been stolen from them in the first place.

centered image

If we look into where our tax money really goes, we’ll discover that it doesn’t go where we think it goes.

centered image

In addition to the pockets of the already-wealthy, our tax money also goes to pay for guns, bullets, bombs, and missiles used to terrorize and murder innocent mothers, fathers, and children, all over the world.

centered image

It’s spent to bomb, rape, poison, and murder innocent men, women, and children.

centered image

It’s used to build multi-billion dollar underground bunkers for the ruling class.

centered image

It also helps fund other dark and nefarious enterprises, such as conducting horrific experiments on unsuspecting citizens, the massive government-sanctioned child sex abuse ring (see The Franklin Cover-Up, The McMartin Preschool Scandal, etc.), and the program to spray the skies with toxic chemicals. Taxes are used to pay for the poisons used to sicken you and me.

centered image

"If you are paying taxes, you are essentially contributing to a terrorist organization. You're being a part of a terrorist organization that's bombing kids all across the world, that's incarcerating millions of people who've never hurt anyone under all these insane drug laws, that’s extorting trillions of dollars from Americans. This is a criminal operation."

-Jeff Berwick

Your tax money is used to pay the salaries of the order-followers who use violence to infringe upon our rights...

centered image

…and to build and maintain the control system that’s working toward placing humanity in a state of perpetual, inescapable slavery. Taxes feed the beast that grows in size and power until it inevitably strips all people of their rights, and that state is quickly approaching.

centered image

You’re a tax evader; you’re a criminal!

The deception convincing everyone that taxes are necessary and moral has been so successful, most people believe that if someone doesn’t pay their taxes, they’re a criminal. They’ll call them a ‘tax evader’ or a 'tax cheat'. Defending the government’s theft of our wealth and life energy is a symptom of a psychological sickness called Stockholm Syndrome, which occurs when people are sufficiently brainwashed, and support their own slavery, and their own slave masters.

centered image

Symptoms of Stockholm Syndrome

Rather than face the truth that they’re being stolen from, most will criticize anyone else who tries to avoid being stolen from. “I’m a victim, so you have a to be a victim too!” is their mentality, except they won’t ever admit they’re a victim.

centered image

The belief that taxes are necessary is the result of relentless brainwashing, and it eschews reason, logic, and common sense.

centered image

In the United States, the criminal agency known as the IRS conducts the majority of the theft, and helps promote the brainwashing in the process.

centered image

Notice that the statement above mentions the IRS is serving the American public. In other words, the IRS claims that taking people’s money without their consent, threatening them, and sending out mindless armed thugs to use violence against them is considered “serving the American public.”

The IRS and other criminal tax agencies around the world are certain people are too ignorant to figure out the scam, and too cowardly to do anything about it if they do.

centered image

Who’s the real criminal? The peaceful individual simply attempting to keep his hard-earned money that he traded his time, energy, and sweat for? Or the violent individuals using threats and guns to force him to hand over an arbitrary portion of what he earned?

centered image

Tax agencies like the IRS are criminal agencies, and their actions are immoral in the purest sense of the word. Sherry Peel Jackson worked for the IRS, and came to the same conclusion.

centered image

But Sherry got out of prison and is now teaching people how to avoid being completely taken advantage of by the IRS, proving that you can punch a bully in the face, live to tell the tale, and come back stronger than ever.

centered image

The truth is the IRS is no more legitimate than the scammers who try to impersonate them; they’re both trying to steal your money without your consent. There is absolutely no difference.

centered image

Go back to the school fee scenario. If you were a student who refused to pay your $20.00 weekly fee, would that make you a student deserving of punishment? It would not. It would make you an intelligent and courageous individual, because you would be standing up for your rights by not allowing someone else to coerce you and steal from you. You would be standing up against theft in an act of righteous self-defense. You would be standing up against violence. If enough students refused to pay the fee, the plan to collect the money would fail.

The same type of scenario applies in the United States and elsewhere. Until enough people realize that taxation is theft, and begin refusing to pay taxes, we’ll continue to be stolen from, and our society will continue to travel down an increasingly dark path, a path that’s being built with our own stolen tax money.

centered image

OK, but I still don’t believe taxation is theft.” (Translation: “The brainwashing has been too effective against me and I don’t understand my rights, or I’m too cowardly to stand up for myself.”)

It takes a grand suspension of simple logic to make the case that it is not theft:

Jeff Berwick explains why taxation is clearly theft:

For another explanation of the illegitimacy of taxation, watch Larken Rose’s I'm Allowed To Rob You!

And to see a graphical representation of how we could easily stop paying taxes, watch Larken Rose's TheTinyDot:

How would society function if there were no taxes?

In a society without taxes, services would be provided on a voluntary basis to whoever sought such services. If no one wanted the services then there would be no demand and no need. A non-violent, voluntary, consensual society. It's not that hard to figure out. Government, if it existed, would have to figure out how to generate its own income, rather than steal from the people it pretends to serve.

centered image

In a tax-free society, the economy, peace, and personal freedom would flourish, as it has in times and places where this state was achieved.

But people cannot seem to grasp the concept, thanks to relentless mind control from the day they were born. People are content being tax slaves, and will even argue to support their own state of slavery.

centered image

The solution is to stop paying taxes en mass, which will starve the criminal entities who are leeching off us, and who see themselves as our owners.

centered image

How could we stop paying taxes? Look into cryptocurrencies which, if used properly, can take taxation power away from greedy governments and their masters. Combined with the widespread understanding of morality and other important truths, cryptocurrencies have the potential to spell the end of taxation, the criminal banking system, governments themselves, and, ultimately, human slavery.

"Since there is no middleman [with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies], there is nobody giving permission. When I'm buying a bottle of water with a credit card, somewhere in the background is a bank giving me permission, and that is a horrifying thought, because that means the bank can also deny me permission to buy a bottle of water. With Bitcoin, this is not true. There is nobody needing to give permission in the background. There is nobody that gets to say no to a transaction. No money can be forced. No money can be seized. And here's the big problem for governments in the future - taxes can no longer be forced."

-Rick Falkvinge

And look into solutions made available by those who’ve already defeated criminal agencies like the IRS.

Not paying taxes is our inherent right.

But will enough people realize the truth that taxation is theft and do something about it? Will we finally stand up to our oppressors? Or will we continue to live on our knees as victims, and continue to be stolen from, until we have practically nothing left?
