To add insult to injury, not only are most food-like products harmful to one’s health by themselves, but many are now also laced with additional toxins. They include, but are not limited to:

Aspartame has been poisoning people for decades, thanks to the U.S. Government, which promoted its approval.
Even seemingly innocent snacks pose unseen dangers.
Foods and drinks stored in plastics are usually contaminated with hormone-disrupting chemicals such as BPA and BPS that leech from the plastic. BPA and BPS are not in food and beverage packaging by mistake; they’ve been added by those who know exactly what their effects will be. Chronic exposure leads to hormone disruption, cancer, and infertility.
Most canned foods are also contaminated with BPA and other harmful chemicals that are intentionally added to the linings of the cans.
Even certain foods that we’ve been led to believe are natural and healthy have been manipulated (hybridized) by man, and are no longer truly good for us. These include seedless grapes, seedless watermelons, seedless citrus, lemons, bananas, corn, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and many others.
Some researchers have stated that while hybridized foods may still provide some amount of nutrition, since they are unnatural, they do not carry the correct electrical charge, nutrient profile, or genetic makeup, and therefore their regular consumption may do more harm than good.

The late Dr. Sebi provided a wealth of knowledge about the problems with many modern-day foods, and purportedly created a list of only truly natural, non-hybridized versions.
According to Dr. Sebi and many of his patients, he was able to cure practically every disease and condition known to man by simply changing his patients’ diets to only include truly natural, non-manipulated, non-hybridized, non-GMO foods.
Another method used to disrupt the natural state of certain foods is irradiation. This involves blasting foods with radiation, supposedly in order to kill pathogens and bacteria. The radiation also likely damages the foods themselves.
This contamination is usually impossible to detect without honest labeling, unless one only buys organic, which cannot legally be irradiated (yet).
And with cell phone and WiFi radiation practically everywhere, it’s likely that none of our food is safe from radiation damage anymore.
Pasteurization is another technique used to destroy the nutritional content of foods and beverages, ensuring that they contain little to no health-promoting enzymes by the time they’ve been placed on grocery store shelves.
Pasteurized foods are dead foods.
If a beverage or food claiming to be natural or healthy has an expiration date of more than a few days, it’s almost certainly pasteurized, and is probably not worth consuming.
In addition to pasteurization, juices “from concentrate”, teas, and other beverages are made with water that is most likely municipal tap water, which means it’s likely chlorinated, fluoridated, and pharmaceutical-contaminated.
Contaminated water is also given to livestock (organic and non-organic) and food crops (also organic and non-organic), effectively contaminating the entire food supply.
Please note that in this subsection, others have not made the distinction between organic, grass-fed meat from local farms and meat from industrial meat factories. Therefore, I do believe the opinions and studies should be taken with a grain of salt, as one cannot simply categorize all meat as equal.
The food we eat literally becomes the material building blocks for our blood and our cells. If we are what we eat, what does eating the rotting flesh of murdered animals make us?
Meat is considered the main course for the vast number people all across the Earth. Some claim that the human body is not designed to eat meat.

Meat can also be contaminated with concentrated levels of pesticides, herbicides, hormones, antibiotics, pharmaceuticals, arsenic, fluoride, and even mercury. Conventionally raised animals are exposed to a wide variety of toxins, and are usually fed low quality, genetically modified feed. When we consume their flesh, we are consuming a concentrated dose of these toxins. Health problems in those who consume low quality meat is the result.
In addition, conventionally-raised animals are treated poorly, made to live in horrid conditions that result in suffering and disease, and are ultimately murdered. Even animals who were raised organically and treated humanely during their lives are murder victims, and their flesh is filled with cortisol from the stress and terror they experienced right before being killed.
Many conventionally-raised animals are also diseased, suffering from conditions such as cysts, infections, and cancer, but don’t worry – the industry ensures the meat is cleaned up before it goes on the shelf or is served to you in the restaurant.
When you eat conventional meat, you’re usually eating disease.
Professor Arnold Ehre believed that meat could not be digested properly, and would lead to health problems over time.
Farm-raised fish are fed GMO feed and some may even get vaccinated. Fish can also be contaminated with worms and other parasites.
Conventionally-raised pork is also often contaminated with worms and parasites, and these may decide to take up shelter inside our body after we’ve consumed them.
And conventional chicken meat is purposefully contaminated with arsenic, as it’s added to already-poisonous GMO, herbicide-drenched feed.
This means that conventional chicken eggs are also usually contaminated with GMOs, arsenic, pesticides, and other poisons. Eggs from local farms that practice chemical-free farming and feeding, on the other hand, are a great source of nutrients.
As a general rule, the more conventional animal products we consume, the more poisons we consume, and the more health problems we are likely to experience.

Milk can be incredibly unhealthy (pasteurized, mass-produced from factory cows fed GMOs and given vaccines and antibiotics and made to live in tight quarters with no grazing space) or be healthy (raw, grass-fed with access to pastures of chemical-free grass) for some people. Again, a distinction should be made between the two, but many have ignored these differences.

Some are able to consume milk and other dairy products without any issues, and seem to derive benefits from them. However, if we think about it, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to consume the mammary fluid from a different species. Cows’ milk is not designed for humans; it's designed for cows.
This means it doesn't make sense to consume other dairy products (cheese, yogurt, butter, ice cream, etc.) made with conventional, pasteurized milk.
Switching to a mostly or a completely plant-based, natural, organic (if possible) diet has proven to be an effective way of protecting our health.

Since learning of the true nature of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements, I've thrown away all of mine, as I realized that I was unknowingly poisoning myself for years. I'm now in the process of switching to eating more wholesome, nutritious, natural foods, and not worrying about any so-called "nutritional deficiencies".
This is only scratching the surface, as there are many more ingredients in foods, beverages, and supplements that contribute to our poor health.
What we consume is directly connected to our health, well-being, and our level of consciousness, and this is why there is a deliberate campaign to poison the food supply. The ruling class understands that those who consume mostly toxic foods will likely never rise in consciousness, and never realize that they’re slaves. They’ll remain in a brain-damaged, dumbed-down, sickened, and weakened state. They’ll remain easily tricked and manipulated.
In order for humanity to regain its freedom, people must first regain their physical health, and rejecting poisonous foods, beverages, and supplements is a critical first step.
